Not a question - a recommendation.

The Barbon Inn, Barbon near Kendal. Fantastic old coaching inn with lovely food and accommodation.
Not expensive, friendly people, lovely setting. Only about 6 miles from the M6. Stayed there last weekend and I could easily move to the village, it is absolute heaven.

is it true that you must have at least 6 months left on your passport before it expires if you are going abroad
