Does anybody know if/where the old type key which opened sardine/cornbeef tins can be obtained.

I have sent you a couple of links to disability aids in your post in the crosswords section. I think the key you mention would be too small for the job so you need to look at something designed specially. I understand the frustration though am having trouble with a tube of cheese spread at the moment and will probably resort to cutting it open. LOL
