I've now moved to a new bungalow and after many years using a gas oven I'm now learning to cook with this electric one. I'm not good on converting the temperature control.Has anyone got a converter? and state the numbers I should use like Gas mark 4 & Gas mark 7...?
I'm getting in such a mucking fuddle with it.

Gilly, you've just thrown my head in a whirl again. This IS a fan oven, I'll try to apply my maths to work it out but I don't think my roast potato's will mind if I get it wrong but on the other hand my cakes may suffer,
Thanks for that Gilly.
