Struggling with the last few and wondered if anyone could help? All answers are TV programmes, some recent and some older. All help appreciated.

8 Sounds like which person and me
10 Current affairs at number 10 (I am not sure that this is News at Ten)
20 Everybody has these tips to be seen
59 An anagram of 49 ( the answer to 49 is Agatha Christie's Poirot)
70 Its found when the children are naughty (originally thought super nanny but the question says 'its' referring possibly to something inanimate)

20.....just a guess...'to be seen' can imply that the answer is in the question...E.R.?

Thank you both. Normally if the writer if these quizzes has put the answer in the question then the rest of the question would also be a clue to the answer so in the case of ER there would be some reference to trauma or hospital. Having said that,I can't come up with anything better so I am very grateful for your suggestion
