Intercom systems

Hi, i basically want to buy an intercom system where, if someone comes to front door, they press a buzzer, speak to you on a phone to basically say, \'hi it\'s me\' or whatever, just say who it is, and then if you know the person, go and open the door. i wuldn\'t want one that opens the door, just that once you know who it is, you can then open the door. Can anyone recommend one of these which is simple to use as its for my elderly granddad. A visual screen would not be neccessary but maybe an option (his vision isnt great). Prefer it if it wasn\'t an online store, or suggest where i\'d be likely to find one. cheers
