fifa 10 disconnection problem

i have been constantly getting the message 'you have been removed from the session for not controling your player' when playing online matches causing me to disconnect from my opponent and consequently lose the match even tho i am obviously controlling the player. anyone have a similar problem or know of a fix for thi. thanks in advance
