21 dn. CEAS (moving the 'E' in 'Case' = example) = variant spelling of CESSA, a Shakesperean interjection.
Sorry typo. I meant 'Sessa'.

Thanks mac44. I think my other clue is CEAS. Chambers has it as an alternative to SESSA - a Sakespearean interjection. The word play would be CASE=example with E misplaced
