MW2 Missing Intel

I thought I'd go back through Modern Warfare 2 and pick up all the intel; see if I couldn't get the achievement (sad, yes!) But when I play 'The Only Easy Day...Was Yesterday', the oil rig level, I'm missing one intel. It's not me being thick! I've used 2 different guides, they both show the same location, but the laptop simply isn't there. It should be on the shelf in the room just after you rig the Russian bodies, but it's not.
I double checked all 3 intel locations. None of the laptops are there, and I also definitely recall finding the other 2 pieces of intel on the level. Has anyone else suffered this same problem? Is it a known issue? I can't figure out for the life of me why it isn't there, but it's just not.
All help/suggestions welcome!

I went through and finished collecting all intel items today. I used this walkthrough guide.

All 45 intel items were in the places described and the oil rig items were all where they should be.
