Registration with Audible.co.uk doesn't require any more information than you submitted to join Answerbank. You only have to provide an email address, together with your own name, username and password. Your 'own' name can actually be completely fictitious if you want and, if you don't want to use your normal email address, you could get another one from Gmail or similar.
Once you've registered you'll be able to download the audio book as an MP3 file. You can then play it directly on your computer or transfer to an MP3 player. If your CD player recognises MP3 files (some do, some don't) you can simply burn the file to a blank CD. Otherwise you might need to split it into several chunks of audio (using a fre program like Audacity) before burning to several audio CDs. (Further instructions upon request).
