I agree with pasta,but there are none so blind as those who will not see.
I seem to remember a similar case on Jerry Springer(where else) where the "husband" of 11 years confessed to "his" wife that he was actually a woman!
It was amazing what the wufe believed of him.
and no pink,in it's own way it is funny(for us) but not the women "he" deceived.

I agree. I can see no grounds for prosecution. Interesting to note, though, how the paper makes insinuations by describing the defendant as 'cropped-haired', leaving little to the imagination.
