Can I sue the service provider whose services got me expelled from the school?
I bought a service to prepare my final year project report as I had less time left after managing my 1 year old daughter. This company promised me 0% plagiarism and it is advertised on their website as well. I submitted the report to the school and I was expelled from the school for 96% plagiarism. I lost my school fees and my education. I am extremely disappointed and hurt. Can I get atleast my school fees of around 15000 pounds from this company? This is a lot of money and I dont know what to do now. Could you please help? Please advise.
I have already contacted the company. They said they will just refund the amount they charged me for providing their service. But, their gross negligence has destroyed my education. I think I should atleast get my school fees refunded.
Please advise. Any thoughts/inputs/references will be greatly appreciated.

although you cheated, this company are clearly taking the pish...they must be stealing works online or just sending out the same reports over an over again...at the very least id have thought you would have checked it over or edited so it sounded like your style...schoolboy error...
they are not providing the service they promise so perhaps try trading standards?
i dont htink they will have to pay you £15,000 but you will certainly mess up their rep.
