Why oh why were the 'keys' on tinned sardines & corned beef dispensed with ? It used to be fun opening a can of sardines by using the key to roll open the top off the tin ! Spoilsports....flippin boring using can-openers...

The number of times I have cut my fingers on the sharp lid gefes!
Much easier with ring pull.
