I thought this was nicely done, with some harder clues than in past weeks. My only quibble is that the "sixth line" is not exactly accurately "illustrated" - is it?

Much snowier than usual this winter, but nothing like the east coast has been getting. Boston and NYC have gotten more snow in January than they would normally get for an entire winter. St Louis is looking at a potentially serious ice storm hitting tomorrow evening, which is much worse than snow.
