Seems to be a bit of a stinker today - has anyone had any major

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.There appears to be an error. The sum of the row numbers (on the left of the puzzle) is 254, but the sum of the column numbers (at the foot of the puzzle) is only 209. A difference of 45.
The first 10 columns match with the start of the last 10 rows. If this is correct then the bottom left 10 by 10 area looks like "An" with a joint between the A and the n at the bottom (as in cursive script).
If this is correct the first 11 columns, last 2 columns, and last 8 rows can be completed (as well as the first two rows).
This would indicate that there are either extra numbers in the 3rd to 27th row and/or missing numbers from the 12th to 28th columns.
Given the difficulty of subtracting 45 from the small numbers in the rows, I suspect that the problem is (at least principally) missing numbers from the columns.
