As far as I am aware the County Stand is a standing enclosure overlooking the winning Post at Aintree. If you suffer with your feet not sure what is the best advice to take. Have you a light weight portable seat you can take with you to rest ?

Thanks Redman, i did think of taking a foldaway stool, my friend did say you could go in other enclousures and there where seats outside, but dont know whether to believe her. She just wants me to go !! Is it covered ?
As far as I know it is a covered enclosure, but I would take that lightweight portable seat with you as a precaution. You should have a great day. One of my neighbours is going to Ladies day on Friday 8th. Hope the weather is good for you and that you win a small fortune !! ;-))
Have a look st this link to give you an idea.
