Good morning everyone - still getting my head around your changed time, no idea what time breakfast will be but at least the Herculis arrived an hour earlier this morning !!
Well Kate definitely decided to stretch our brains for us this week and some of us did very well under pressure as you'll soon see, the links being -
Golden Eagle
Velvet Revolution [ I can hear cheers in the background !! ]
Cathedral City
Brent Goose [ and in this case, geese ]
There were three Star Turns this morning, namely from LYSANDER, OWLLADY & STEVIE, all of whom collected 6 points for their three correct matches and an extra mention for CROFTER & KETTLEDRUM who both predicted a Velvet Revolution - there might well be one after this !!
20 players scored three points for their 2 correct matches and a further 21 added a point to their tally, so all in all, not a bad day's work - the Leader Board will follow and you'll be able to see where you finished up - not that you don't know now !!
Congratulations all round, a good tally after a quieter month, let's hope the next is a good one too.
Well that brings this month to a close and next Saturday sees the start of a new competition, so please meet me then when we reconvene, till then have a good week and cheers for now, skz

Thanks Seekerz, congrats. to Lysander. Don't know if you'll see this BigMac, but that is one of my favourite quotes. It's so poignant. Sometimes it's less painful to be numb than to start to hope again. (For those who don't know the full quote "April is the cruellest month, breeding lilacs out of the dead ground") Apologies if the quote isn't completely accurate.
