2 Bath
4. carrot
2] bath bun?
bath bun [or bath oliver - a biscuit] = [aqua sulis]
5] toasted teacake
4 square = Battenburg ?
No. 7 is Madelaine
As there is no word 'deflict' I would take the last one to read 'deficient in dough' for which I would suggest shortbread.
sorry that spelling is incorrect. It should be Madeleine.
1 Nelson's square .
This is my suggestion for Admirals shape.
There is an Admiral butterfly, so my answer is Butterfly cakes.
I have to disagree with you The Winner :)
Nelsons square is a Norfolk cake .Sometimes called Nelsons slices .After Admiral Lord Nelson our most famous son .
Used to be very popular round here in the bakers shops but we don't have many bakers shops left !
Similar to bread pudding .
That's OK to disagree with me shaneystar2. It is obviously a local cake, as I have never heard of it. As stated, it was my suggestion. Not a definitive answer.
