Good weekend?

Me, saturday cocktails at friends....

Sun- christening....was brill, baby was beautiful and pub later. Few goes on karaoke :0)

Had a BRILL day, but rough rough end to the day ;0( not to worry tho! Onwards n upwards!

My dress i was wearing yest didnt arrive :0( had to shop at 10am! 12noon mass lol

Hi Tinks,

Not bad. Worked most of Saturday. Went for Sunday at my local, stayed to watch the football, got chatting to some people who were going to a pub quiz later so I went along to that.

Not a bad weekend... I brought 5 Harry Potter DVDs for £8 today and just watched the first one again. Can't stand the books but find the films quite fun.

I've just remembered something I did at the weekend that I've always wanted to do!

When I was a kid I seemed to be always reading stories where the hero stopped a runaway horse. I'd always wanted to be that hero. On Sunday I was in Hyde Park when a horse got loose on Rotten Row and was briskly trotting straight towards the busy main road. (The story would read better if it had been 'galloping' but I'm not going to exaggerate!). With a burst of speed that surprised even me, I managed to get alongside the horse, grab hold of the reins and bring her to a halt just a few yards before she went out into the traffic.

There's a second hand DVD shop around the corner from me, you get some good bargains in there sometimes. I never buy DVDs or CDs from shops anymore, always ebay, amazon or my little shop round the corner :c)

Hi Tinks. Boring as can't do anything with leg in plaster and had to go to hospital and have clips out today. Was a bit painful but much better now. Glad you had a good weekend. xx

Nice bright red cast tinks, for Liverpool. I did ask them if they did team ones but not yet. A couple of years ago they had a camouflage one and a brightly coloured patterned one but don't do them any more. Think by now I've gone through every colour.
