Gravy Granules

Does anyone know how you would go about making gravy granules?

I want to be able to make some and then make it into granule form so i can rehydrate it using water?

Kinda back to front i know but help would be appreciated!

These sorts of thing are made by freeze-drying - very expensive equipment needed!

Can't you just freeze normal gravy?

I think the equipment is only commercially- available. It's industrial-size!

The reason is I am hoping to have a plan up my sleeve and am wanting to try it out!!

Just to clear it up!

Its purely for home use to start with as a test and if it works, then who knows!

I have emailed a couple of companies to ask if i can pay to come and use one as a test as clearly nearly £8k is slightly out of the window and i'll let you know should I get a reply!

not sure it would work. but £31 wasted is better than nearly £8000 lol.
