I have a 21 month old son, me and his father were together until november 2009 when he slashed me to my severe disfigurement, we split up and the case came to court in may 2009 where he was found "not proven", from november 2009 his father has had no contact or attempted to make contact with my son up untill last month but has pestered me and harrased me non stop from november 2009 until march 2011 when i changed my number, so he had no way of contacting me he decided to go to a solicitor to fight for access to my son, obviously i dont want him to have any kind of access and it is obvious he just wants to get at me and this is not genuine that he wants to see his son otherwise this would have happened a long time ago. what are my rights or his rights? he doesnt have his name on the birth cert or hasnt seen him for over a year.
