Radio Times Prize Crossword No. 21

Just got the Radio Times, looked at the crossword now stuck on the following : 2 Down ~ Being unwell during Cape Cod outing is minor fault (10 letters), 9 Down ~ Resisting by getting up (12 letters), 11 Across ~ Eradicating travelling, touring too (7,3 letters), 12 Across ~ TV host chairs lead-in programme (6,6 letters), 20 Across ~ Bishop is excessive with one chamber and one artist (10 letters). Just not my day today - by the way what does RTE stand for on these pages.
