I am stuck on two and although I do have letters I am reluctant to give them to you as I cannot make words out of them. 1a Brute force (8) and 15d Ordinary, average (6d). All help gratefully accepted.

Which then means that (30) ends in 'N' if I am keeping up which is unlikely.

Thank you everyone, it is interesting to see the variety of words one can have with or without letters. Everything seem balanced at the moment except on one!!! With strength I now have 1d reading s?e?s for levels. Any words?? Thanks again.
