Windows live mail - sending a draft

How do I send a message which has been saved as a draft? The send box
is not shown and the send/receive box only activates incoming mail.

I've no doubt it is very simple but not for this technophobe!

Open the message and press send

Open the 'draft' folder and select the message. It should appear back in the 'mail' form where you can continue to edit etc then send as normal.
