Dying in unusual places..............

Do you know of anyone who died in odd circumstances/unusual places?

Believe it, or not, my great-grandma died in a pub..............

that sounds like a good place to die, my OH's grandfather passed away whilst eating a sandwich, he was still holding the sandwich in one hand and a cup of tea in the other.

my grandad died walking up the road to the shops, not sure if that unusual or not

My paternal-grandfather was selling a car. A young lad had come round to buy it so my grandad took him out for a test-drive........unfortunately, he was still in the driver's seat when he had a massive heart-attack and died.

I sometimes like to consider that from the POV of the young man.........:o/

I'm slightly worried considering my ancestors, two died in the workhouse, one died in Naburn (Mental) Hospital, and one in the Royal Asylum in Montrose.....

I believe my paternal grandfather was hit by a guiness truck (while drunk). However, I have also heard the story told saying he was hit by a bus but I don't find this as amusing.
