Double Letters

Please, can anyone help me to solve the following clues, for 2-word answers, with a "double letter" in each word.
33. Always remember annually, this bloom is liked by some (5, 6)(First word is a "remembrance flower", I think, but what is the second word ?)
40. Generally a product very hard to get down ? (6, 4).
67. Provides protection for one type of cattle perhaps ? (4, 10).

a clue to no.33 is rememberance sunday no.67 a kind of meat and wear them on your feet in the rain hope this will help could you give me any clue to no 56 please

Many thanks, Jim 45. Re. 56, it is not snooker or pool for the first word, and I cannot decide whether the second word is "hall" or "room" !!!
