How do you post a picture on here?

Would some kind soul give me a step by step idiot guide of how to put an illustration in my name box here on the answer bank. There is no rush as I have been bereft of a picture for some years. I will subscribe to this post and await your kind instuctions.

Cracked the code at long last! and the star of the show is l'il Jack Russell. She's already eaten a major part of the hall carpet, rendered useless and very nearly herself by chewing up one of the television cables and is partial to wallpaper paste. On the credit side my garden is rabbit free but there are a pair of local buzzards taking a unhealthy appraisal of her.
Thanks for all the help in bringing her to your screens and yes Ratter I have no shame in asking "she who must be obeyed" to do the business and to jd_there on top of the Harbour bridge, "who's holding your lead?"
