I can access the site, and for any-one who cannot they would appreciate knowing what responses you actually get when trying so that they can try to collate them, if you respond on here they can read it, and hopefully get it fully up and running again. Its odd for some of us can access and some can't.

Ok thanks Mamya unfortunately the link you've posted takes me straight on to the site with no problem at all. This is the problem we are having sorting it, it works for some and not others so any "broken" link to the site works for us which means we can't see the error you see. Hope that makes sense.
The problem appears to be as we said yesterday (if you were able to view it) with the company that hosts our website rather than us. We have emailed them and are doing all we can but as we can access the site with no problem whatsoever this makes it difficult to identify the problem especially as it says everything is working fine at their end and shows the site up and running as normal.
