A mozetta is a cape, with a small hood worn by the pope and other dignitaries of the Roman Catholic Church but I can't explain the word play

Thanks Touchstone I am sure mozetta is the answer.

I do like to work out why nut sometimesmy tiny mind can't do it and some of the Answerbank worthies explain why.
Think it could be zet(land) between atom(a spot) set back (backwards). mo-zet-ta
