6down. Girl showing how to get DLA (5) l?n??. probably Linda (DLA) but don't get the in bit.

Dxhound I have Legalist for 4a.(strict) which gives the L. I'm doing it online from the Times site so not a missprint. However, I still don't really see the wordplay.

Linda I think is correct. The wordplay is L in DA which would give DLA.
