When playing facebook games I keep getting a message coming up saying plug in unresponsive can anyone tell me what to do to stop this I have not a clue what it means.

You've not said which web browser you're using. (Internet Explorer? Firefox? Chrome?) It might be relevant; simply switching to a different browser might fix the problem.

Otherwise try uninstalling 'Adobe Flash Player Plugin', restarting your computer and then reinstalling Flash from here:

I often get that also when playing games, I find if I just reload the page everything goes back to normal. I'm using chrome web browser.

you need flash player for a lot of the games tho

The problem is widely reported with Chrome. Try Firefox instead:

That post is dated just three days ago but, if you take a look down the right-hand side, you'll see loads of links to other threads where people have been moaning about Flash crashing in Chrome.
