Cole and Solskjaer both did - knew (Dwight) Yorke = 'New York'
Just need the Tweed Proprietor one and maybe clarification of the More Ruddy clue/answer, thanks guys x
Todays selection:
Something's Missing From My Shed
Derby County
More Ruddy
Cole and Solskjaer Both Did
Tweed Proprietor
More Ruddy = florid is a synonym for ruddy = florid-er, or Florida

Tweed Proprietor = Arizona (Harris [type of tweed] owner)

Derby County is the only one I haven't got yet
Derby County = DC
District of Columbia
District of Columbia isn't a state. Also, I've never heard Derby County referred to as DC before (Donegal Celtic of the Irish league on the other hand ARE known as DC) The other answers are quite clever but if that's right it seems a bit naff.
Derby county= Kentucky.
More ruddy color ado. Reddy brown In colour
Colorado?
Two of today's:

Breaks An' Breaks = Nebraska (anagram)
...and I'll fetch the gravel = Utah (you tar ...)

Probably the easy ones those, but there you go.

I'm also thinking Fine French Writer might be Pennsylvania, because of pencil-, but can't suss the -vania bit. Anyone any good with French?
OK La Homer (!)
*groan*
A Feelm Weeth James Caan
Arrest Our Spending
...and I'll fetch the gravel
Feelm Weeth James Caan is Missouri (Misery)
thanks x
arrest our spending = Colorado ('collar our dough')
Arrest our spending - Colorado (Collar our dough)
thanks so much guys x
....and I'll fetch the gravel answered above as Utah (you tar)
ONly one I can't get today is 'Fine French Writer' rest were quite simple for me
