kids animation film i used to love???

For years i have searched for a film that i used to love as kid ( mid/ late 80's). It was about a super rabbit that could fly, fight crime etc. I remember one scene of the character flying onto an american football field, my memory ends there unfourtunatly. Any help on a title would be much appreciated!!!

im sorry i may have been premature with my broody comments. having searched your answer and saying " ooooh yeah i remember that", the cartoon in question was almost definatly a film. Im pretty sure the main character was also a white rabbit and not green like bucky. Thanks for the nostalgia moment though.

It wasn't "the adventures of an American rabbit" was it?

Wasn't an entirely white rabbit, though, was adorned with stars and stripes but seems to be the right kinda thing. Released in about '85 - '86 I think. I'm sure you could find it with a quick search.
