The most popular choices were 'harvest mouse', 'mill stone', 'tower bridge' and 'view point', but were those the ones you were chasing?

I can now reveal that Morgan Le Fay's choices wer in fact:-
HARVEST MOON
MILL WHEEL
TOWER BRIDGE
VIEW POINT

Well, it has been a great contrast to last week. Points have been scattered to all corners, landing on most players' scorecards.

Overall, 51 points were handed out to 28 players - tough luck if you weren't one of them.

All pairings were found within the first three minutes of play. Tearing hair was first with TOWER BRIDGE and Centrino was first with MILL WHEEL.
Eight players were within two minutes of these four to qualify for a bonus point.

After 2 weeks (out of 5) the leaderboard looks like this:

4 deecee131
4 Jimjools (JOOLS)
4 roslyn251254
3 ChrisHewat (SHAZZA)
3 slaney
16 on 2 points
and 12 on 1 point

This weekend, Morgan Le Fay came up with the goods, conjuring up points for the faithful and infidels alike. Who knows what will transpire next weekend? I certainly don't. Tune in to find out at the usual time (8:45 in Q&P).

Oh One last thing

A warm welcome back to the game for Crofter who posted late this afternoon.
You may want to take a look because he also had a request.

Thank you gen2 and Euphemia.

If I had the card Crofter was requesting I would willing send, unfortunately I don't but I do wish him success in obtaining one
Thank you for the points Morgan leF and gen2. These will have to suffice for a couple of weeks as I'm off to California on Wednesday to see the family (and visit Yosemite) but will be back for the final week in the month.
Sorry I can't help, crofter (how nice to see you back) but we have no Morrisons locally though I believe planning permission has been granted to build one on the site of the former Ford factory. I don't expect that promotion will still be ongoing by the time it opens....
Many congratulatons R that more than makes up for last month!
I am presently freefalling and do I remember where the ripcord is?
Have a good week
J
Thank you for my points :-)

I envy you Tearinghair - I have always fancied seeing Yosemite since I came across Ansel Adams' photographs in the 1960s

Incidentally, they have access to the internet (and AnswerBank) in the USA these days!
True Gen2, but the 8-hour difference is a bit awkward when it comes to remembering to log on. No chance next weeknd, but i might try for the weekend after.
Have bought a new camera (still a compact, but lighter and cleverer than my last one). If the pics from Yosemite are any good I might try to upload some - where would you advise?
Thank you for my 4 points and "title" for the week!

Tearinghair,
There are many picture-sharing websites around. Some just allow viewing by invitation.
I think a good site for uploading pictures to display publicly to others is FLICKR.

I was using that extensively 1 to 2 years ago (under the name gen2) though not so much this year as I have been trying the one-a-day challenge of Blipfoto (again under the name of gen2). I have also uploaded to Multiply under the name of gentoo2.

You can see them here:

Thanks Gen2, I'll try Flickr if I have anything worth showing and if I can work out how to use it. I've looked at your photos in the past - brilliant!
Oh, I love the idea of Gen(2) in a tutu on Multiply!
Tearinghair, Gen2's photos on blipfoto are somewhere between astonishing, mind-bending and genius- go have a look.

Strix, ... and all these years I have been thinking a 'Desmond' was a degree (a 2-2).

PS.
Thanks for the OTT appraisal of my meagre abilities.
Sorry, Crofter, can't help you.

If I had any points I'd be happy to transfer them... ...bud sadly lacking there, too.

Congrats to those getting matches and thanks to the scorer.

Better than a Douglas, Gen2 !!
Thanks Gen2 and Morgan le Fey - Am I getting onto your wave length? - We'll have to see how I get on next week. Points have been thin on the ground of late though.
gen2 - your photos are AMAZING!
Sorry I can't help crofter - I will ask about and see if anyone I know is/has collected them. Good to see you back.
One point for me..well it's one more than last week!

Thanks to Morgan and gen2.

Can't help you , crofter, sorry.
