Gonna go for a walk now, but sitting in tonight and might have a few beers/whiskey/whatever's goings. Is anyone else having a few, and what's your tipple?

I shall have a few glasses of wine - just having my "post work pick me up" now. We are off out for supper though which makes a pleasant change.

Has to be white though. Red gets me very drunk very quickly and then followed by the worst headache.

lol, you can still have a glass of wine! There is no crime (yet) of being "slightly inebriated in charge of a child" (although where some people are concerned there ought to be).

Put him to bed and crack a bottle! Although when we have the kids, one of us always has no alcohol whatsoever in case we need to do a doctor/hospital run.

Yes, I'm partial to a shandy myself mumsy. We were talking about slow gin yesterday, funnily enough. I've not had it but I hear that brandy ball gin is very nice.
