Mail Rewards - my unique number is missing

Has anyone a spare or unwanted unique number please? the one which should have been in my Sunday Weekend Mag is missing -presume stolen!!
By the way, I was awarded a £5 Morrisons voucher about a month ago; it still hasn't arrived; have sent an Email to the Mail asking for details of its whereabouts, but no reply - surprise surprise! Does anyone know what you do about a missing voucher, if anything? In fact, has anyone ever received one of these vouchers because I am beginning to wonder if the whole thing is a total waste of time!Cantthink

I have received four Tesco vouchers so it does work.
It says in the magazine that if the card is missing, telephone [phone].

We've had 4 vouchers and one on the way, a bit slow, but they got here.

I have received 4 or 5 vouchers. A few weeks ago I was in the same position as you - I had waited 4 or 5 weeks for a voucher. I sent the Mail an E-Mail and received a nice reply stating they were waiting for new stocks to come in (Sports Direct voucher). A few weeks later I received the voucher.

Hi mine was missing last week but I managed to get one off this site , two of my friends were also missing , you can ring up but its very expensive .Are they delberately missing some papers just to make money on phone calls or am I being cynical . I e mailed them about a missing voucher and they did reply after two days and said they had been inundated but I would eventually get it . I am now saving for the Xmas one but will I get it for Xmas who knows .

There is a phone number on the page the card should be stuck to for you ring if the card is missing. The only problem is it's a 0844 premium rate number.

In two out of the last three times the "Instant Cash" card has been missing from my Saturday Mail. I think someone must collect them before delivery/sale.

I'm waiting for my 3rd £5 Tesco voucher. Had to remind them once beacause they do take some time but they arrive eventually. Now saving for the £15 Tesco Christmas one. Be patient!

my vouchers have all arrived very promptly card was missing yesterday reluctantly phoned 0844 number (5p minute only) new code issued very quickly no complaints

i have got all mine ok. my mag was in a sealed bag, number card intact.
