I have solved the puzzle. Took a while.

But I have two answers which I am not sure of. I could not get their meanings from online dictionaries.

MISSEEM (Anagram of Seism and em for emergency measures)

YAGI it is. Means antenna.

But when you google the word beginning with pig, it does not find it. It does find it with Pyg.
