Goat Bleating Query

I am new to owning Pygmy goats, This morning my one year old castrated goat sounded different, his bleat was very deep, does anyone know if the Male goat's bleat changes as they get older. There doesn't seem to be anything stuck in his throat.

It is coming up to the breeding season for goats so it may be a seasonal thing.
