Don't have the checking letters, but couldn't it also be TOILET? "Office" is a euphemism for lavatory/WC

Because of the checking letters, 'urinal' is the answer - and it also appears as an answer in this week's beelzebub puzzle (where the clue is 'One filling of vases from water receptacle'.
