This was included in my post about unsticking self adhesive stamps! What does it refer to?

up until about 2 weeks back the quickest i did was 15 seconds the longest about 2 minutes

this was only to test it could be done ( and show a friend ) not cheat the system in anyway

I think (I may be wrong), that was the fastest and also the slowest times he took to remove a stamp without damage.

I hope he will confirm this.

That's how I read it too - he was saying how long it took him to remove a self-adhesive stamp from an envelope.
