What is happening to The Answer Bank answers - I haven't worked out how to get answers - Hoaroak

I am really struggling to find how many clicks to use to get some answers. It takes forever! Where are you Lie-in-King? You must know!

AB is notoriously slow on Sundays - it's dragging for me as well, meaning 30+ secs for a response to the 'Submit' button & 'Latest Posts' entries...

What sort of answers are you looking for? The back buttons aren't working on some people's screens, if that's the problem.

Thanks jno. My daughter just downloaded a new toolbar this morning and I was getting ready to blame her for all the inconvenience the lack of a back button is causing

Can't beleive it, but think I have solved the problem. To the right of the back button is a little blue down pointing triangle. Click on this and you have a choice of previous pages

Yes I am having trouble after going to answer page i cannot return to the question/ask a question page have to go round the houses - the back arrow does not work on answer bank!

Can't believe it but think I have solved the page back problem. To the right of the page back button is a small blue down pointing triangle. Click on this and you have a choice of pages. Good luck. This is my first post.

you dont need to click... just scratch the silver paper off the little box under your question and the answer should be there :D

I don't understand, there is no bittle arrow to the right of the backbutton, I'm on Windows 7, is this on an older version. My back button hasn't worked on AB for a few days. Can't understand why it works on some people's

What do you mean, get answers - read ones other people have posted, or post new ones of your own?

boxy: I 've just checked and I have similar problems on IE9 (I usually use Firefox).

But if you right click on the back arrow it will bring up a list of the pages you've visited - some of these will be "advertisement" as it seems ads are currently registering as a separate page. Just move your cursor down past them to the page you want to return to.
