I remember getting back from France and going out for a pub meal, in the most appalling (italics) weather.....30 years tonight of the Penlee and they have turned off the Xmas lights, as they should.
I thought the clues to be linked were kingfisher, cambridge & Nile - where did the limerick come in to it?

cant go further than that but suffice it say it is very blue
benny, are you sure about Limerick, roslyn says it's supposed to be Kingfisher - then the answer is definitely Blue.

We can only answer the question as posed roslyn.
