Daily Mail Duvet Promotion
17 Answers
Has anyone out there in ABland ordered a duvet from the Daily Mail?. You collect 35 coupons then send off for the duvet, paying only for the postage. We ordered ours on 18th November and haven't received it yet.We can't find any info on how long orders take to arrive but are getting a bit worried as its nearly 7 weeks now.

I rang few weeks later, recorded message tells you delivery can take 12 weeks as stated in the paper. I've just checked my delivery status, says 'in process'. Have to say I wouldn't have bothered if I'd realised it would take so long, was hoping to have it for Christmas! I imagine there's been a huge demand.
Thank you both for replies.I receceived an email but accidentally deleted it.I think I will contact the Mail and enquire. I must say that although I like the Mail, their promos do sometimes takes ages (Rewards Club vouchers eg).I suspect they are outsourced to another company who have customer satisfaction very low on their list of priorities.
I haven't received mine yet either but it did say up to 12 weeks I think.
Re: Rewards Club scheme, I'm very miffed that the Tesco £5 gift cards only last for 3 months, yet nowhere printed on the card is an expiry date. The assistant at Tesco said she is sure that is illegal as it has to state the actual date when the card expires (lost three to date as I was saving them up for my large Christmas shop and says on till recepit not registered - lady says they are getting lots in like that) None of the other stores in the Rewards Club scheme are like this, I will be opting for Morrisons from now on! I have emailed Tescos twice and not had the courtesy of a reply!

FYI Anne I have managed to spend my Tesco giftcard online at Tesco.com. Have you still got the "out of date" gift cards. As you say there is nothing on the card to say when it expires. You can check the value online at www.tesco.com/giftcard.As they have not replied to your emails it might be worth ringing them direct

Have already thrown 2 more away though ........ :( I'm not going to be so stupid as to order Tesco reward club gift cards anymore now - I'm just sent for an M&S card they have no expiry date.
