Mmm .... Pater isn't possible because then 8a wouldn't fit. I'm not very convinced with Peter either. The first thought that came to my mind was BEGET, which was the word used in the King James Bible with the meaning of "to father a child". I recall the long list in chapter 1 of Matthew's Gospel.
