It can't be leafs, there is no such word, it's Leaves - and plate or petal isn't a name for a table part.

2 Bathroom..according to this instead of toilet they use restroom or bathroom. Working on the harpic bit it must refer to toilet

Thanks for your help. Still need answers to 1. and 3. Not convinced by answers given so far
I think plate for number 1 may be right. Petal is part of a flower, and an anagram of petal is plate, which you put on the table when you 'set' it.
3, DRAINER ?
I think the answer is singular ie part of a flower, not parts of a flower.
