There is an informal convention on AB not to just give the answer to the Where Was I? questions -it's not like a crossword with many answers where people need a help with a few.

However, if you continue to explore what you have already, where the infamous judge spent some time, you will find the declaration in that place, and the name of the politician who it is named after.
