3 questions relating to weather need answers please

I wondered if No 3. was Hail on its own or is Hail just the first word of answer? I would be grateful for your suggestions for answers to these.

The only two words i come up with for rocket engine's exhaust is...NOZZLE & PLUME neither relate to weather that i can see.
