Not received Mail rewards yet.

On 18th February I claimed a £5 voucher for Morrisons, I have not yet received it or the email to confirm delivery. Has anyone else had a problem with this. I have also claimed another one today so I do not want these getting confused. I have emailed the Mail but not had a reply yet.
I find the new "improved" method of doing it far more confusing than the original method. Any thoughts ABers?

I do mine in Tesco got £5.00 off coupon out of the Daily Mirror

i agree Car - the new method is really confusing - what were those credit card type cards for, which we were sent, and how on earth would we put money on them? I am sticking to claiming M&S £5 vouchers as they are just gift vouchers and not dated, unlike the stupid Tesco £5 gift cards which were a huge con - they had to be used by a certain date (but no date printed on them !) or they became invalid. We lost £15 worth because of this crazy unfair rule, as we were saving them up for our big Christmas shop and so lost them!

Have just been into My Account and I claimed a M&S voucher on 20th February and also not received it yet.

Thanks Ann, don't really mean this but glad it isn't just me. We don't do our normal shop at Morrisons but like to go there occassionally for a "treat" as we usually shop at Lidl. Did do 3 lots of M&S last year though.
