Fish N Chips

Have got such a craving for a fish tea/supper/call it what you like.

Haddock and chips, salt n vinegar with at least 2 pickled onions.

Always tastes better from the chip shop. Any preferences ??

I love rock and chips, but my chippie does not fry this fish often as he says it is not popular.
I have to order it when I want a portion.

I treat myself to haddock, chips, and mushy peas, once a month. Luckily where I now live I have to drive to a chip shop. At my last house the next door neighbour owned a chip shop and used to bring them home for me, about 3 times a week!!

2sp, we do a fish supper (moi), a smoked sausage supper with a single smoked sausage, a black pudding supper and whatever Mr A is in the mood for.

Sgree about the chips ummmm. After flogging in the garden I shall be making fish and crinkly chips and using a dry fry pan which uses 2teaspoonsful of olive oil. Mme S cannot digest much fat but loves them. Plus home made mushy peas of course. Shop fish and chips is for the rich nowadays.
