my mum married saturday 27march 1937 , i married saturday 15 march 1958 can anyone tell me why there is only 12 days between the 27th and the 15th .. thank you

The first Saturday in March can be earliest 1st and latest 7th
The second Saturay in March can be earliest 8th and latest 14th
Depending on the year that means the 1st and 2nd Saturday could be up to 13 days apart in different years.

15 + 12 = 27. Always will was there actually a question there? With both being saturdays it should be wo weeks? If saturday is the 15 th the next is22 nd. Is this a joke or something contrived to initiate debate?

Thank you for you answers , it is not a joke , i have googled both dates an they are both Saturdays , but see what you mean about the days altering each years . thanks again , by the way 15th in !937 was a Monday, sorry to have wasted your time !!
