gentle exercise tips???
i have been underweight for some time now, but in the past 3 months i have gained 7lb, which i am extremely happy about. however, now i am gaining weight i would like to exercise to build my muscles up, but i do not want to do aerobics or any exercise that will burn calories off as i need to keep the weight on that i am gaining. so i was wondering if any of you guys had any gentle exercise tips that i can do at home, without any equipment, to build my muscles, mainly my stomach (which typically is where most of the weight is going), my bum and my calf muscles. i would be extremely thankful of anyone who could help me with this problem.
thanks.xx

Also, while you're sitting, keep both legs on the floor, but reach around with both arms to either side in turn to see how far you can reach, repeat as necessary. Another one for your bum is to sit on the floor with your legs and arms stretched out in front of you, and then 'crawl' on your bum forwards 10 times, then the same backwards.
